About the album
Echo is Jin's second EP, released May 16, 2025 — six months after Happy. The lead is "Don't Say You Love Me", a slower, heavier rock-leaning ballad that sets a more emotionally weighted tone than the deliberately bright Happy.
Jin described the EP as offering his "perspective on universal life experiences, capturing everyday emotions with warmth and sincerity". Where Happy was buoyant pop-rock, Echo leans further into the rock direction — louder guitars, more layered vocal harmonies, longer outros. "Loser" with YENA is the most-discussed feature track.
The supporting RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR ran from June through November 2025 and built its setlist around both EPs together. Sequences for Echo in the gallery are still landing as the live footage from that tour propagates.
